A proud lifelong resident of Gary, Indiana, I am honored to serve as the Fourth District Representative on the Gary Common Council. I am a graduate of West Side High School—now known as West Side Leadership Academy—and continued my education at Indiana University Northwest, further advancing my studies at Lynn University.

Since 2000, I have built a successful career in county government, currently serving under the Auditor of Lake County, Indiana. Known for being a quick learner, I embrace new challenges and thrive on opportunities to expand my leadership abilities. I bring dedication, passion, and integrity to every role I take on, and it is my mission to lead with purpose and honesty.

Beyond my professional life, I am a devoted wife and mother, a Girl Scout troop volunteer, an Independent Consultant with Mary Kay Cosmetics, and a proud Committeewoman in the Gary Democratic Party Precinct Organization. I bring heart and energy to everything I do—and when I’m not working or volunteering, you’ll often find me smiling, dancing, or writing.
